I was offered a brilliant opportunity to play rugby at a high level back in 2013. I moved on my own from Ireland to the UK and never looked backed. Playing such a highly competitive sport, I loved working hard as winning was in my blood! The team mentality I thrived off and continue to do so in work. This is when I found myself looking at Recruitment. I started as a Consultant back in 2013 which I grabbed with both hands. I had a real passion for the role and worked my way up the ranks working closely with Clients and Candidates I thrived on building relationship and becoming friends with them with a thoroughly enjoyed.
7 years on through hard work, determination and enjoying what I do treating it as my life rather than just a job has got me to where I am today. Now a Director and owner of ED Staffing I am more passionate than ever to deliver the best customer care to everyone that comes into contact with ED Staffing.
