Whilst studying for my Business degree, I was fortunate enough to land an opportunity to work in sales recruitment. Jumping at the chance, I soon discovered that I possessed a real passion for customer relations.
This quality, coupled with my drive and determination resulted in great success and I was offered a permanent role with immediant effect. Twelve years on, with extensive experience in the field of medical recruitment, my passion for customer satisfaction has only developed further. This is largely due to insight into the lack of customer care apparent in this industry.
My Vision for ED staffing is that we emerge as an agency that is: people-focussed, offers a personal touch, and that recognises that looking after clients and candidates in a sincere way will ultimately raise standards in the field of specialist medicine.
