I don’t usually go out my way to write reviews but in this case it would be an injustice not to. I had been searching for a job for so long to no avail and honestly had given up. That was until I had help from Christian. Not only did he single handedly pretty much get my new job for me but he actually put me in a position far beyond I could have ever imagined. Beyond that he is a genuine person who always just wants to see the best for you and it’s very evident as he went above and beyond and offered me so much support and encouragement when I felt I was hopeless. I was offered a brilliant opportunity to play rugby at a high level back in 2013. I moved on my own from Ireland to the UK and never looked backed. Playing such a highly competitive sport, I loved working hard as winning was in my blood! The team mentality I thrived off and continue to do so in work. This is when I found myself looking at Recruitment. I started as a Consultant back in 2013 which I grabbed with both hands. I had a real passion for the role and worked my way up the ranks working closely with Clients and Candidates I thrived on building relationship and becoming friends with them with a thoroughly enjoyed.
7 years on through hard work, determination and enjoying what I do treating it as my life rather than just a job has got me to where I am today. Now a Director and owner of ED Staffing I am more passionate than ever to deliver the best customer care to everyone that comes into contact with ED Staffing.
Whilst studying for my Business degree, I was fortunate enough to land an opportunity to work in sales recruitment. Jumping at the chance, I soon discovered that I possessed a real passion for customer relations.
This quality, coupled with my drive and determination resulted in great success and I was offered a permanent role with immediant effect. Twelve years on, with extensive experience in the field of medical recruitment, my passion for customer satisfaction has only developed further. This is largely due to insight into the lack of customer care apparent in this industry.
